Refunds & Refunds Policy

At Pharm Meds Store, customer satisfaction is extremely important to us. We strive to ensure that every order is accurate, securely packaged, and delivered in perfect condition. This Refund & Return Policy explains how refunds, replacements, and returns are handled.

By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.


1. Eligibility for Returns

Because we supply pharmaceutical and health-related products, returns are limited for safety, hygiene, and regulatory reasons.

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • You received the wrong product

  • Your order arrived damaged, defective, or incomplete

  • The product was expired upon arrival

  • You were shipped a product you did not order

To qualify for a return or replacement, items must be:

  • Unopened

  • Unused

  • In their original packaging

Due to strict health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns of opened or used medication, except in cases of incorrect or faulty items.


2. Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a refund if:

  • Your package never arrived

  • Your order was lost during transit

  • The wrong item was delivered

  • The item was damaged or unusable on arrival

  • The product received was not as described

Refunds are processed only after verification and evaluation by our support team.


3. Replacement Policy

If the issue is related to incorrect or damaged items, we will:

  • Send a free replacement, or

  • Offer a full refund, depending on customer preference

Replacement orders are shipped immediately after the issue is confirmed.


4. Reporting an Issue

To request a refund or return, contact us within:

  • 48 hours of receiving the item for damage or wrong products

  • 7 business days for missing shipments or delivery failures

Please include:

  • Order number

  • Photos or videos showing the issue (if applicable)

  • A brief description of the problem

This helps us process your request quickly and accurately.


5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds or returns cannot be issued for the following:

  • Opened, used, or partially used products

  • Products damaged by the customer

  • Dislike of product taste, appearance, or packaging

  • Failure to follow usage instructions

  • Delays caused by customs (outside our control)

  • Incorrect address provided by the customer

For privacy and safety reasons, we cannot restock or resell returned medications unless they meet strict return criteria.


6. Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your package does not arrive within the expected time frame:

  • UK: Within 48 hours after dispatch

  • International: After 5–7 business days

Our support team will investigate and either:

  • Reship the order at no cost, or

  • Issue a refund

depending on your preference.


7. Refund Process

Once approved, refunds are processed within 3–7 business days through the same payment method used for the transaction.
You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued.


8. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled within 1 hour of placing them, as long as they haven’t been packed or dispatched.
Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled but may qualify for a return if the conditions above are met.
