Driving Warning (Generally Safe)
It is generally safe to drive while on Rybelsus 7mg Tablet 30s (box). However, patients who have reduced or absent awareness of warning signs of hypoglycemia or frequent episodes of hypoglycemia must take precautions while driving. It is best to avoid since hypoglycemia may impair the ability to concentrate and react while driving.
Kidney Warning (Use With Care)
Patients with mild, moderate or severe renal impairment might not need dose adjustment. However, use of Rybelsus 7mg Tablet 30s (box) in patients with end-stage renal disease is not recommended. Discuss with your doctor regarding this managements.
Liver Warning (Use With Care)
No dose adjustment is required in patients with liver impairment. Caution should still be exercised when using Rybelsus 7mg Tablet 30s (box) with liver impairment.
Pregnancy Warning and Safety Description of Rybelsus 7mg Tablet 30s (box)
PREGNANCY:
Rybelsus 7mg Tablet is not recommended for use during pregnancy, as it is not known if it affects the unborn baby. Therefore, Consult your doctor for advice.
If you become pregnant while using Rybelsus 7mg Tablet, contact your doctor immediately.
What is the most important information I should know about RYBELSUS?
RYBELSUS may cause serious side effects, including:
- Possible thyroid tumors, including cancer. Tell your healthcare provider if you get a lump or swelling in your neck, hoarseness, trouble swallowing, or shortness of breath. These may be symptoms of thyroid cancer. In studies with rodents, RYBELSUS and medicines that work like RYBELSUS caused thyroid tumors, including thyroid cancer. It is not known if RYBELSUS will cause thyroid tumors or a type of thyroid cancer called medullary thyroid carcinoma (MTC) in people
